東江是廣東省重要的河流,東江水源林的質量直接關系到流域內的社會和經濟的發展,關系到深圳和香港的生活用水。作者針對現有水源林生態功能較差的情況,在廣東省東源縣設計和營造了8種不同混交類型的水源林,并對其林地枯落物和土壤持水能力進行了調查研究。結果表明,與對照的馬尾松純林相比,紅錐×楓香混交組合、楠木×錐栗混交組合以及格木×海南紅豆混交組合林地枯落物持水能力有較大提高;楓香×樟樹混交組合、楠木×錐栗混交組合、紅苞木×楓香混交組合以及紅錐×楓香混交組合土壤持水能力明顯提高。綜合枯落物和土壤持水特性對各混交類型進行聚類分析,將8個混交組合進行分類,其中椆木×紅錐混交組合、馬尾松純林、火力楠×紅錐混交組合以及木荷×椆木混交組合林地持水能力較差;格木、海南紅豆混交組合和紅錐、楓香混交組合林地持水能力一般;紅苞木×楓香混交組合和楓香×樟樹混交組合林地持水能力較好;楠木×錐栗混交組合林地持水能力最好。總體上,造林初期,水源涵養試驗林在提高原有林地持水能力方面已取得了一定的效果。

Dongjiang is one of the important rivers in Guangdong province, the quality of the forest for water conservation has a direct relationship with the social and economic development in Dongjiang drainage area as well as living water of Shenzhen and Hongkong. Aiming at the poor ecological functions of the existing forest for water conservation, 8 types of mixed forests for water conservation had been designed and planted in Dongyuan county of Guangdong Province and the water-holding capacity of litter and soil was studied. The results showed that, compared with the check sample-plot of Pinus massoniana, the water-holding capacities of litter showed a great improvement in the stands of Castanopsis hystrix×Liquidambar formosana, Phoebe nanma×Castanopsis chinensis and Erythrophloeum fordii×Ormosia pinnata. The water-holding capacities of soil enhanced greatly in the stands of Liquidambar formosana×Cinnamomum camphora, Phoebe nanma×Castanopsis chinensis, Rhodoleia championii×Liquidambar formosana and Castanopsis hystrix×Liquidambar formosana. Using clustering method, the water-holding capacity of litter and soil of the 8 mixed types were classified. The water-holding capacities of the stands of Lithocarpus thalassica×Castanopis hystric, pure Pinus massoniana(check sample-plot), Michelia maclurei×Castanopsis hystrix and Shima superba×Lithocarpus thalassica were relatively poor; Erythrophloeum fordii×Ormosia pinnata and Castanopsis hystrix×Liquidambar formosana mixed stands were in the middle; Rhodoleia championii×Liquidambar formosana and Liquidambar formosana×Cinnamomum camphora mixed stands were better; and Phoebe nanma×Castanopsis chinensis mixed stands was the best. As a whole, at the early period of the afforestation, the mixed forests for water-conservation had played an important role in the improvement of the water-holding capacity of the original forest. |
